ACT Breaks mindfulness skills down into 3 categories:

1) defusion: distancing from, and letting go of, unhelpful thoughts, beliefs and memories

2) acceptance: making room for painful feelings, urges and sensations, and allowing them to come and go without a struggle

3) contact with the present moment: engaging fully with your here-and-now experience, with an attitude of openness and curiosity.

We are  experienced and qualified Cognitive Behavioural Coaches and ACT Trainers (Acceptance Commitment Therapy),  where I have used my experience and background of working within a Community Mental Health Team  and as Practice Manager for NHS and Big Lottery funded projects, to form our own private family practice.

 As a mental health & wellbeing professionals we work within a strict ethical framework as a member of the www.associationforcoaching.com/ and within the Zoom Community (Face to face /Home Visits, Phone, Skype consultations are also available)

Schedule a Free 1:1

FREE Initial  phone consultation within 48 hours, followed by a face to face appointment within 5 working days.  Evenings, weekends and home visits can be arranged.  Low cost talking therapy affordable for  everybody starting at £25 per hour, per session.
